Bulk Uploading

ChildrensBookAuction offers seller the option of bulk uploading their existing inventory records to create auctions automatically.  Auctions, however, contain unique fields such as the starting bid, category, and end time for each auction, so any bulk uploaded records must be edited to add these values.  Our bulk upload system is designed to make this extra step as quick and easy as possible.

Note: you can only upload groups of up to 1000 records at one time with our system, but you can upload as many groups as you like.  When you are ready to upload your records, click here to begin.

ChildrensBookMarket Bulk Upload Process:
  • Select the records you want to upload and save them in a properly formatted file.
  • Upload your selected records.
  • Review the charges for the successfully processed records.
  • Accept the charges to move the uploaded records to your My Auction Bulk Upload Staging area.
  • Review and Edit your records (optional).
  • Post your records to the site individually or in bulk.

Any records that fail to upload will be itemized with the reason they were rejected for you to review and correct.

You will only be billed for the records that successfully upload and only after you accept the itemized charges.
