Auction Close Time
You can use this setting in your bulk upload CSV file to specify an exact day
and time for the auction to end (Note: this cannot be anymore than 15
days from the Start Time specified in the previous field). The
format is HH:MM:SS using Military Time. This starting time will be in
U.S. Central Standard Time (GMT offset -6 hours)
where our servers are located (if you want your auction to close at
9:30pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time, set the close time to 20:30:00 instead of
21:30:00).
