All ChildrensBookMarket.com auctions listed by Children's Book Market TeamSellers are 100% satisfaction guaranteed by the TeamSellers and  ChildrensBookMarket.com. You may return an item for a full refund for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item.  Simply email the TeamSeller you are returning the item, the TeamSeller will email a return address and upon receipt they will issue a refund or credit (your choice) for the full purchase price (item must be returned in the same condition it was received)

If the item is not as described, we will also refund the postage both ways. 
Follow this procedure for full postage refunds:

  • Open and inspect your package as soon as it arrives

  • If the contents are not what you expected, review the completed auction description

  • Print a copy of the description and mark the discrepancies

  • Immediately email the Team Seller with the details

  • Team Seller will email the address to return the item

  • Return the item in it's original packaging within 10 days of receipt of the item

  • Team Seller will issue a refund or credit (your choice) upon receipt of the item

  • If there is any problem, email the adminstrator
