Donor Ads are Free, but they meet the following requirements:

• Offer a tangible item or service that has significant value to be an asset for Children's Book Market members.
• There is no requirement, expectation, or solicitation of payment or commitment of any kind for any donated item, now or in the future.
• No handling or other fees can be paid by the recipient above the actual shipping cost (we encourage Donors to pay all shipping charges on their donated items, but donors may require the recipient to pay exact or partial shipping charges).

Donors are not obligated to donate to any particular request.  Donors can select the recipient of their choice based on the situation, needs, and authenticity of the request.

Notice: Children's Book Market is only a venue, and is not involved directly in Donor/Recipient negotiations or exchanges except when Children's Book Market Gift Certificates are used.  Children's Book Market cannot be responsible for any claim or unsuccessful outcome resulting from a Donor/Recipient transaction.  Donors and Recipients are advised to verify their Donor transaction partners and obtain written agreements for potential transactions involving substantial donations.
