The terms and conditions below govern your use of ChildrensBookMarket.com.  By using ChildrensBookMarket.com (CBM), you acknowledge and affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use ChildrensBookMarket.com.

1. Use of the ChildrensBookMarket.com website

Users of CBM must comply with all applicable laws. If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you may no longer use CBM. CBM may, in its discretion, refuse permission to access and use the website.  The CBM website and its content may not be copied, imitated, reproduced, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of CBM.

2. Disclaimer

The CBM owners, officers, directors, employees, and our suppliers provide the CBM websites and their services "AS IS" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory and we specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  CBM will not under any circumstances be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of law or equity, arising from, connected with, or relating to the use of the CBM.

3.  The ChildrensBookMarket.com Member Agreement

These terms and conditions supplement the CBM Member Agreement, which applies to registered CBM members. The CBM Member Agreement may be viewed by clicking here.

4. Trademarks

Billboards, avatars, company names and logos appearing on CBM may be registered or unregistered trade names, trademarks and service marks of their respective owners. Any use of the billboards, avatars, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and/or logos displayed on the CBM is strictly prohibited.

5. Other sites

CBM includes advertisements for, and links to, other Web sites or resources and businesses operated by other persons ("Other Sites"). Other Sites are independent from CBM, and CBM has no responsibility or liability for or control over Other Sites, their business, goods, services, or content. Links to Other Sites are provided solely for your convenience. Your use of Other Sites and your dealings with the owners or operators of Other Sites is at your own risk, and you shall not make any claim against CBM arising out of your use of any Other Sites or your dealings with the owners or operators of any Other Sites.  Users are solely responsible for scanning for and preventing the receipt and transmission of viruses or any other destructive or intrusive computer programs.

6. General

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. CBM's failure to act with respect to a breach by you does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between CBM and it's Members with respect to these matters.

Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved to ChildrensBookMarket.com.

7. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement at any time. We will announce any such changes on the Site with prominent and appropriate notice. Unless stated otherwise below, changes to this Agreement will take effect 30 days after they are posted on the Site. Your continued use our Site or Services after the effective date of a posted change constitutes your acceptance of that change. If you do not agree to a change in this Agreement, do not continue to use our Site or Services.
