Feedback
Members receive transaction based feedback
ratings on transactions. All feedback ratings combine to give other members a
history of how that member transacts business on the ChildrensBookMarket
website. Feedback ratings are compiled and the score is indicated
in parenthesis next to the member's username throughout the site.
Feedback from other venues cannot be
imported, but sellers are welcome to use their Profile pages to tell
other members about their feedback ratings on other sites.
If a member receives feedback that they
feel is unfair or unjustified, there is a Feedback Review process where
feedback disputes can be resolved. Unjustified feedback will be
removed upon the decision of the committee. Members who leave
unjustified or offensive feedback will be sanctioned or banned from the
site. |
